Why IBEX Talent Resources?
The Alpine Ibex are a highly skilled mountain goats of the European Alps region who are highly skilled at escalating extremely steep mountains. Our founders could not image a better name for our business. Recruiters and Account Managers work every day with candidates and clients helping them build their careers and business to the next plateau.
IBEX Talent resources was born with a group of highly experience recruiters who decided they wanted a change. They were tired of the endless numbers game of more sales and more profit at growth oriented staffing companies. Knowing full well, that this greed would sacrifice true quality and relationship building with both candidates and clients.
The management team wanted to do something different. To really focus on listening to both our candidates and our clients, knowing, if we partner with both of them, this will lead to better quality placements for all our partners.
Our recruiters all have more than 5 years or passive recruiting experience, with most of our staffing having over 15 years of experience. This type of recruiting and sales knowledge allows for IBEX Talent Resources to know our markets better, know how to recruit passive candidates better and to really make an impact for our clients to help build their businesses.
Our open slogan is “Reach your Peak” meant for both our candidates to escalate their careers, and for our clients to successfully complete their business strategies.
